I am Elise Mason, CEO and Founder of I Am That Woman, a movement and conference inspired by God’s vision for my life. This initiative was born from my personal journey as a single mother, navigating seasons of profound struggle and self-discovery. While juggling two jobs, leading as Chapter President of my organization, serving my community, and pursuing higher education, I faced countless challenges—often unsure where the next meal would come from. Yet through it all, God sustained me and reinforced my belief that I was created for a greater purpose.
The mission behind I Am That Woman is to empower women who have faced similar hardships and to create a space where women can uplift, support, and inspire one another. This movement is grounded in authentic sisterhood, reminding each woman that she is not alone and that her story, her strength, and her presence truly matter.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, I am deeply committed to serving others and guiding women to confidently step into the next chapter of their lives. As a God-fearing woman, I lead with love, compassion, and a heart full of purpose. My mission is to inspire women to believe in their own strength and embrace their true potential.
Through the I Am That Woman Conference, I hope to offer a transformative experience—one that empowers women from all walks of life, helps them rediscover their worth, and ignites a new sense of hope and purpose.
I am the proud mother of three amazing daughters and a grandson who fills my heart with joy. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism/Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and later completed my MBA/MPA with honors.
It is my honor to share my story and invite women to join me on this journey of empowerment, faith, and sisterhood.
